Refund & Return Policy

At Pahadi Heritage, we believe in the quality of our products and want every customer to have a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept return requests for eligible products in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is defective or has a genuine quality issue.
  • The product has been received in an unacceptable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products may generally not be eligible for a standard return, except where specifically covered under our customer satisfaction/refund assurance described below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Unboxing photographs/video, where available

After reviewing the issue, Pahadi Heritage may provide a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. No Result — Full Refund Assurance

We want our customers to feel confident when trying Pahadi Heritage products.

If you have used Kesh-Amrit Hair Mask consistently according to the recommended directions and feel that you have not experienced satisfactory results, you may contact us to request a refund under our Customer Satisfaction Assurance.

Eligibility

A refund request under this assurance will be subject to internal review and discussion by Pahadi Heritage.

Our team may consider factors including:

  • Whether the product was used according to the recommended instructions.
  • Frequency and duration of use.
  • Whether the product was used appropriately.
  • Customer feedback regarding the experience.
  • Whether the product was stored properly.
  • The nature of the result or concern reported.
  • The time elapsed since purchase.

After reviewing the request, Pahadi Heritage may approve a full refund of the eligible product purchase amount.

This assurance does not constitute a guarantee of specific hair-growth, hair-fall reduction, or medical results, as individual experiences can vary.

4. Refund Amount

If a refund is approved:

  • The eligible product amount will be refunded.
  • Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error or issue attributable to Pahadi Heritage.
  • Promotional discounts or coupons may be accounted for when calculating the refundable amount.
  • Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund has been approved, we will initiate the refund within [5–7 business days].

The time required for the amount to appear in your bank account or payment account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or returns may not be available where:

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
  • The product was damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
  • The product was intentionally misused.
  • The product has been contaminated or altered.
  • The refund request involves fraudulent or misleading information.
  • The customer does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
  • The request falls outside the applicable refund period.

8. Internal Review

All refund requests under the No Result — Full Refund Assurance are reviewed individually.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. The final decision will be made by Pahadi Heritage after reviewing the circumstances and information provided by the customer.

Pahadi Heritage reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any updated policy will be published on this website and will apply to orders according to the applicable terms.
